Snap Peas ’n’ Mushrooms (Serves 4)

Snap peas are actually a combination of snow peas and green peas. Look for them near the mushrooms at your favorite super market. This duo is a very tasty change of pace green vegetable.

1/2 pound fresh sugar snap peas
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

1. In a large skillet, stir-fry the peas and mushrooms in oil and teriyaki sauce until crisp tender.

2. Serve immediately.
