Lemon-Glazed Carrots (Serves 8)

Just three ingredients turn everyday carrots into a special taste treat. You will be surprised how fast they disappear.

2 pound baby carrots or traditional carrots cut into coin shape
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar

1. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.

2. In skillet melt butter.

3. Stir in lemon juice and brown sugar with wire whisk until thickened.

4. Add drained carrots. Cook and stir until carrots are glazed.

5. Serve.
