Easy Creamed Corn (Serves 6)

This recipe puts creamed corn into new territory. The cream cheese creates a natural creaminess that is certain to bring recipe requests from anyone who tastes it.

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 (12-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained ( 3 cups)

1. Combine cream cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper in saucepan.

2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and is blended.

3. Add corn and heat thoroughly. Serve.
