Garden Patch Cottage Cheese (Serves 4)

In this quick and easy recipe, fresh vegetables give a fresh and friendly taste to cottage cheese. The tasty grape tomatoes also add a splash of bright red color.

1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese, drained if desired
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 and 1/2 cups quartered grape tomatoes
1 cup diced cucumber (peeled and seeded, if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, green onions, quartered grape tomatoes and cucumber.

2. Season with salt and pepper. Serve
