Quick and Easy Cheese Soup (Serves 12)
All of these ingredients can be kept on your cupboard shelf all ready to be used at any moment. This tasty soup is certain to bring lots of requests for this recipe.
2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups water and 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
1. In a large soup kettle, combine the broth with the corn, beans, tomatoes, chicken, chilies and cheese.
Note: Two cups of cubed cooked chicken may be used in place of the canned chicken, if you wish.
