Chicken Corn Chowder (Serves 4)

If you keep three canned items on your pantry shelf, you can have this tasty chowder ready to serve in just a few minutes.

1 (10 and 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (5 ounce) can boned chicken or turkey cut into pieces
2 cups fat free milk
1 teaspoon instant chicken base or bouillon

1. In 2-quart microwave-safe measurer or casserole or 2-quart saucepan, combine potato soup, corn, chicken, milk and bouillon. Stir ingredients until well blended.

2. Microwave on full Power 4-6 minutes stirring once or gently bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve garnished with chopped chives, if you wish.
