Orange Cranberry Sauce (Makes 10 servings)

This tasty orange/cranberry combination is kissed with just the perfect blend of spices. It would be the perfect accompaniment for poultry or pork.

1 (12-ounce) package fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup orange juice
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup chopped peeled Golden Delicious apple (1 apple)

1. In saucepan, combine fresh or frozen cranberries with dried cranberries, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves.

2. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or just until the cranberries start to pop.

3. Stir in the chopped apple.

4. Cook 8-10 minutes longer or until thickened and all berries have popped.

5. Serve warm or cold with poultry or pork.

6. Store in the refrigerator.
