Fruity Rhubarb Sauce (Makes 5 cups)
This delicious rhubarb sauce is definitely an upgrade from plain old rhubarb sauce. It’s wonderful served as sauce or as a topping to ice cream, angel food cake, pound cake, etc.
4 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
1. In large saucepan, combine rhubarb, raisins, sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
