Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips (Makes 2 and 1/2 cups)

1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup finely chopped cantaloupe
3 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and finely chopped
1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained (1 cup)
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Cinnamon Chips (Makes 80 chips)

10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Melted butter or butter flavored vegetable spray
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Combine strawberries, cantaloupe, kiwifruit, crushed pineapple, lemon peel, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

2. For chips, brush tortillas with melted butter or spray with vegetable spray.

3. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut into wedges.

4. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or just until crisp. Serve with fruit salsa.
