Blue Cheese Vegetable Dip
(Makes about 24 tablespoons)

If you are partial to the robust flavor of blue cheese, this vegetable dip is designed for you.  I like to keep a batch of this flavorful dip in the refrigerator for snacking at a moment’s notice.  Do try some soon.  The ingredient list could not be shorter!

1 cup blue cheese crumbles (4 ounces)
1 cup 1% milk fat creamed cottage cheese

1. In food processor bowl or blender container put blue cheese and cottage.

2. Process or blend until smooth.

3. Store, covered, in the refrigerator to use with assorted fresh vegetables. Enjoy
