Black Bean Salsa (Makes 8 half-cup servings)
This tasty salsa is as delicious as it is
healthy. One bite and you’ll want another and another. It’s
a great suggestion for your next tail gate experience.
1. In saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar,
brown sugar, lime juice, cumin, salt and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
