Yum Yum Fruit Salad (Serves 8)

Everyone loves fruit salads and this one is no exception. Orange marmalade teams with vanilla yogurt for a delicious healthy life style dressing.

1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20-ounce) juice pack pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1 cup halved red or green seedless grapes
1 apple, cored and diced
1 banana, sliced
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 (6-ounce) container vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1. In mixing bowl, combine oranges, pineapple, grapes, apple, banana and strawberries.

2. In smaller bowl, whisk together vanilla yogurt, orange marmalade and ground ginger.

3. Add yogurt dressing to fruit mixture and toss together to coat fruit with dressing.

4. Chill before serving, if time permits.
