Yogurt Ambrosia (Serves 6-8)

Traditionally, ambrosia is a mixture of fruit and coconut.  This version is so versatile it could easily double as a dessert.

1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1 and 1/2 cups seedless grapes
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla yogurt (1 cup)

1. In large bowl, combine drained oranges and pineapple     with grapes, banana, marshmallows, coconut and     almonds.

2. Fold in yogurt.

3. Chill, it time permits.

4. Garnish and serve.
