Raspberry Vinaigrette (Makes 1 cup)

Here is a simple vinaigrette recipe that will show-off raspberry vinegar in a very tasty way.

1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil or other vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Dijon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

1. In jar with tight fitting lid, combine vinegar, oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.

2. Cover and shake vigorously.

3. Chill to blend flavors.

4. Shake again before serving with mixed green salads..
