Marmalade Kissed Fruit Salad (Serves 6)

As with many fruit salads, feel free to substitute other fruits whenever you wish. This tasty dressing compliments any pretty combination of fruits which you select.

1 and 1/2 cups cantaloupe chunks
1 and 1/2 cups green grapes
1 (20-ounce) can juice pack pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1 (11-ounce) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup orange marmalade

1. In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple, oranges and strawberries.

2. In a small bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate and orange marmalade; pour over fruit and toss to coat.

3. Garnish with fresh mint, if you wish.
