Honey Fruit Delight (Serves 8)

This pleasing combination of fruit can be prepared ahead of time not only to avoid last minute rush, but to give flavors a chance to mellow and develop. The lovely green color of sliced kiwi highlights this delicious mixture.

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, juice pack
2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1 and 1/2 cups seedless red grapes
3 kiwis, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes and kiwi slices.

3. Combine pineapple liquid, orange juice, honey and lemon juice. Pour over fruit.

4. Cover. Chill until ready to serve.
