Grape Melon Medley (Serves 8)

This thoughtful combination of fruits would be a welcome addition to most any casual meal. The fruit preserves compliment for flavors of each fruit.

2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 and 1/2 cups green grapes, halved
1 and 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup peach or pineapple preserves

1. In large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes and oranges.

2. Stir the preserves; pour over fruit and toss to coat.

3. Chill until serving time.
