Family Reunion Fruit Salad (Serves 10-12)

Every family gathering needs a fruit salad for both young and old to enjoy. This creation is easy to prepare and carries well. Feel free to substitute fruits of your choice like blueberries, bananas, etc.

1 (21-ounce) can peach pie filling
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11-ouonce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium apples, chopped
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1. In large bowl, combine pie filling with pineapple, oranges and apples, Stir to coat fruit with pie filling.

2. Gently stir in strawberries.

3. Cover and chill before serving, if time permits.
