Broccoli Cranberry Salad (Serves 6)

This variation of the ever-popular broccoli salad is enhanced by the addition of dried cranberries. Look for slaw dressing in the produce section of your favorite grocery store.

4 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups shredded or julienne carrots
1 cup roasted salted sunflower kernels
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup light or regular slaw dressing

1. In mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, carrots, sunflower kernels and cranberries.

2. Add slaw dressing and toss to coat ingredients with dressing.

3. Chill, if time permits.
