Panna Cotta (Serves 4)
Panna Cotta literally translates as “cooked cream” in Italian. This softly set and creamy Italian pudding is so silky-smooth that it slips down easily at the end of a meal. Top with your fruit of choice like the blueberry topping that follows this recipe.
1 and ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1. In bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over water. Let stand till softened about 5 minutes.
